The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

  • Justin D. Thomas, 22, of 902 Timberwood Crossing, Florissant, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of speeding and driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

  • Kenneth S. Randall, 37, of Hutto, Texas, was arrested on two Clay County warrants for failure to appear for traffic and fabric exposed on tires.
  • Timothy S. Legrand, 36, of 409 Elm St., Oran, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for stealing by deceit.
  • Corey L. Shannon, 27, of 219 S. Pacific St. was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for second degree domestic assault, tampering and unlawful use of a weapon.
  • James A Davis, 50, of 717 Swank, Charleston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for stealing and a New Madrid County warrant for possession of narcotic equipment.
  • Alice M. Depree, 43, homeless, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine for stealing.
  • Gerame E. Box, 22, of 225 24th St., Cairo, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
  • A subject is in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Summons

  • Robert D. Weissinger, 29, of 611 Mechaw Drive, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of city animal license.

Stealing

  • A wallet was reported stolen at 1000 N. Sprigg St.
  • Rhodes 101 at 2100 William St. reported gasoline stolen.
  • Identity theft was reported.
  • Rhodes at 449 S. Kingshighway reported gasoline stolen.
  • Rhodes 101 at 2100 William St. reported gasoline stolen.

Property damage

  • Windows were reported broken at 409 S. Benton St.
  • A vehicle was reported damaged at 604 S. Ellis St.

Miscellaneous

  • A 14-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of truancy.
  • A 15-year-old girl was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
  • Disturbing the peace was reported at 340 S. Sprigg St.

  • Jon C. Sharp, 54, County Road 643, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

  • Joshua K. Morris, 19, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for second-degree promoting gambling.
  • Robin D. Heatherly, 33, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation of drug possession.
  • Roy D. Johnson, 20, of Tamms, Ill., was arrested on a Mississippi County warrant for nonsupport.
  • Eddie F. Hedge, 30, of Arnold, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for nonsupport.
  • Zackery L. Green, 20, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated, driving while suspended and other offenses.
  • Kimberly M. Bauer, 39, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation of driving while intoxicated.
  • Filiberto Canpuzano, 34, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated and operating a vehicle on the highway without a valid license.
  • Charles T. McClard, 19, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for being a minor in possession of intoxicating liquor.
  • Raymond A. Parris, 34, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault and violation of a child protection order.
  • Jason E. Cooper, 33, of Whitewater was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for speeding.
  • Shelly J. Newsome, 34, of Hannibal, Mo., was arrested on a Marion County warrant for probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.
  • Amy L. English 32, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for passing bad checks.
