- Nathan R. Barnes, 21, of Dexter, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine for false report.
- Robert L. Criddle, 25, of 1103 N. Frederick St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court, display license upon request.
Thefts
- Checks were reported stolen at 1417 Good Hope Street.
- A cell phone, charger and carrying case were reported stolen at 1427 Rose St.
- A CD/DVD player was reported stolen at 223 S. Hanover St.
Property damage
- Damage to a plate glass window was reported at 1031 Merriwether St.
- A vehicle window was reported broken and a CB radio stolen at 2350 Independence St.

- Darnelus D. Harris, 23, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear for attempt to distribute/deliver/manufacture and produce/possess a controlled substance and failure to appear for nonsupport.
- Richard E. Fulton, 22, of Crestwood, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.
- Steven A. May, 24, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.
- Thomas J. Vicory, 17, of Jackson, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for property damage.
- Stephen R. Moyers, 47, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.
