DWI

• Johnny Raidt, no age given, of Lilbourn, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
• Terry Wheetley, no age given, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

• Billy J. Ray, no age given, 221 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
• Terrell Beasley, no age given, of New Madrid, Mo., was arrested on a warrant.
• Adam Taylor, no age given, 123 N. Clark Ave., No. 4, was arrested on a warrant and suspicion of possession of marijuana.
• Christopher Shepard, no age given, 1225 Fairlane Drive, was arrested on a warrant and suspicion of possession of marijuana.

Assaults

• An assault was reported.

Thefts

• Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St., reported a theft of fuel.
• License plates were reported stolen at 1100 Dorothy St.
