Arrests
- A subject is in custody pending charges for driving while revoked.
- Sandy Janease Strong, 53, 105 N. Clark Ave., Apt. 204, was arrested on suspicion of attempted theft of food at Schnucks.
- Robert Eugene Betts, 57, 105 N. Clark Ave., Apt. 204, was arrested on suspicion of attempted theft of money at Schnucks.
- Dennis Wayne Collins Jr., 20, of McClure, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of property damage and peace disturbance.
- A subject is in custody pending charges of possession with intent to distribute marijuana.
- Mark Allen Brown, 33, of Jackson was arrested on a Scott County warrant for fraudulent use of a credit device.
- Mikell Dewayne Abraham, 22, 2812 Themis St., Apt. D, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court and probation violation.
Summons
- Cameron K. Moore, 18, 218 S. Forester was issued a summons for possession of marijuana.
Assaults
- Four domestic assaults were reported.

- A first-degree burglary and property damage were reported at 128 South Pacific St.

- A saxophone was reported stolen at 205 Caruthers Ave.
- A license plate was reported stolen.
- A cellular phone was reported stolen at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.
- Medication was reported stolen at 2779 Hopper Road.
- A bicycle was reported stolen at 215 N. Henderson Ave.
- License plates were reported stolen at Bloomfield Road and Commercial Street.
- Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
- A license plate was reported stolen.
- A check was reported stolen at 1136 N. Middle St.

- A stop-sign violation was reported at the intersection of Hopper and Kage roads.
- Tampering was reported at 801 South Pacific St.
- Possession of drug paraphernalia was reported at 909 Hackberry St.
- Fraud was reported at 3168 William St.
- A violation of an order of protection was reported at 3439 William St.
- A 60-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
- The U.S. Postal Service, 320 N. Frederick St., reported concrete damage.
- A forgery was reported at 1136 N. Middle St.
