- A subject is in custody pending charges of receiving stolen property.
- Altosha I. Nance, 22, 913 S. Ranney Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for seat-belt violation.
- A subject is in custody pending charges for possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and trafficking a controlled substance.
- Mark A. Brand, 19, 1503 N. Spanish St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and trafficking cocaine.

- Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of fuel.
- Midwest Energy, 2005 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of a utility trailer.
- River City Health Care, 224 N. Frederick St., reported a theft of money, money box and a check.

- A burglary was reported at 1718 Surrey Lane.
