  • Altosha I. Nance, 22, 913 S. Ranney Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for seat-belt violation.
  • A subject is in custody pending charges for possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and trafficking a controlled substance.
  • Mark A. Brand, 19, 1503 N. Spanish St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and trafficking cocaine.
