The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Kurt A.L. Wilson, 23, 724 Themis St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.
* Dennis Everett Banks, 35, 625 Broadway, was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court for driving with a suspended license.
* Corey Christopher Coleman, 35, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Sheila Kay Shy, 19, 223 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Scott City warrant for a probation violation.
* Marcelino Peralta-Soriano, 32, 3005 Mimosa Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving without a license, no proof of insurance, improper turn and failure to stop for a stop sign.
* Matthew J. Irwin, 29, 112 S. Henderson Ave., received a summons for failure to maintain property free of litter.
* Amber D. Reynolds, 21, 2839 Whitener St., received a summons for possessing a controlled substance.
* Donald L. Jeffries, 23, 1959 Briarwood Drive, received a summons for possessing a controlled substance.
* Heather M. Felty, 25, 2920 Perryville Road, received a summons for a leash-law violation.
* Christopher C. Hendrix, 39, 428 Pearl St., received a summons for walking in the street.
* Ronald A. Wright, 47, 520 N. Fountain St., received a summons for walking in the street.
* Howard M. Gorbaty, 38, of Scotch Plains, N.J., received a summons for littering.
* An assault was reported.
* A domestic assault was reported.
* A wallet was reported stolen at 121 S. Sprigg St.
* A license plate was reported stolen at 1927 N. Kingshighway.
* A digital camera, jewelry and money were reported stolen at 2704 Independence St.
* Medication was reported stolen at 1005 Good Hope St.
* A storm window was reported damage at 323 Good Hope St.
* A window was reported broken at 127 N. Main St.
* A violation of a protection order was reported.
* Checks were reported forged at 1812 Huston Drive.
