  • Casey L. Coleman, 24, of Jackson was arrested on a Festus, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for assault.

Summonses

  • Christine L. Hamilton, 45, 334 N. Fountain St., was issued a summons for a leash-law violation.
  • Gary L. Primm, 55, 900 S. Ellis St., was issued a summons for trespassing.
