Cape Girardeau Police Department responded to the following calls. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Assaults

• Third-degree domestic assault was reported on Sherwood Drive.
• First-degree domestic assault, stabbing and armed criminal action were reported on Saint Francis Drive.
• Third-degree domestic assault and second-degree property damage were reported on North Sunset Boulevard.
• Third-degree domestic assault was reported on South Benton Street.

DWIs

• Driving while intoxicated was reported on North Main Street.
• Driving while intoxicated was reported on North Broadview Street.
• Driving while intoxicated, unlawful use of a weapon, possession of a weapon and a felony controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and failure to drive on right half of roadway when roadway was of sufficient width were reported on South Fountain Street.

Thefts

• Second-degree burglary was reported on Fawn Drive.
• Theft was reported on William Street.
• Theft of a vehicle was reported on Lacey Street.
• Theft was reported on William Street.
• Theft from a motor vehicle was reported.
• Shoplifting was reported on North Sprigg Street.
• First-degree burglary was reported on South Spring Avenue.

Miscellaneous

• Passing counterfeit money was reported on William Street.
• Leaving the scene of an accident was reported on William Street.
• Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported.
• Unlawful use of a weapon, possession of a weapon and a felony controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance were reported on South Louisiana Avenue.
• First-degree arson was reported on Aspen Drive.
• Resisting/interfering with arrest was reported on Leroy Drive.
• Unlawful use of a weapon and discharging into home, motor vehicle or other transportation were reported on North Henderson Avenue.
• Violation of licensing ordinance -- after hours club was reported on Independence Street.
• Park curfew was reported on County Park Drive.
