Arrests

  • Christopher D. O'Kelly, 23, homeless, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.
  • Clarence L. Fisher, 36, 44 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear.
  • A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for failure to appear.

Thefts

  • Macy's, 3049 William St., reported a theft. Bertha D. Reed, 21, of Mounds, Ill., was arrested in connection with the incident.
  • A purse was reported stolen at 626 Broadway.

Assault

  • A domestic assault was reported.

Burglaries

  • A burglary was reported at 451 N. Frederick St.
  • A burglary was reported at 130 S. Lorimier St.

Property damage

  • Property damage was reported at 2849 Themis St.
  • Property damage was reported at 909 Hackberry St.
  • Property damage was reported at 1127 S. Ellis St.
