Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau police department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for assault on school property.
• John T. Harkins, 32, 2507 Perryville Road, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for third-degree assault.

Thefts

• Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported the theft of gasoline.
• Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway, reported the theft of food.
• Credit cards reported stolen from 612 S. Sprigg St. were later used to fraudulently buy a cell phone.

Miscellaneous

• A firearm was found.
