The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* Terelle D. Hobbs, 19, 420 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for no driver's license and probation violation.

* Antonio E. Johnson Jr., 19, 2839 Whitener St., Apt. 6A, was arrested on a Butler County warrant for failure to appear for a revoked driver's license.

* Bertrell Bridges Jr., 24, 719 William St., Apt. 4, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for prohibited acts and possession of a controlled substance.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges for possession of crack cocaine and concealment of a controlled substance.

* Aron Alexander Grimes, 21, 114 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a seat-belt violation.

Summonses

* James B. Orrock, 30, 45 S. West End Blvd., No. 208, was issued a summons on suspicion of stealing.

* Robert D. Garrity, 33, 1469 Water St., and Danielle M. Keith, 28, 1469 Water St., were issued summonses on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

* Georgeatta V. Willis, 38, of Pulaski, Ill., was issued a summons on suspicion of illegal dumping.

Thefts

* A Missouri license plate, number SF7-V1Y, was reported stolen at 3001 Wisteria Drive.

* Elite Developments reported a theft of a water heater at 1327 N. West End Blvd.

* Winks, 2017 Perryville Road, reported a theft of gasoline.

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported two thefts of gasoline.

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.

* Dollar General, 724 Broadway, reported a theft of a prepaid cell phone and a knife.

* A 13-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for stealing.

Property damage

* Designated Driver reported a damaged vehicle at 1800 William St.

Miscellaneous

* Harassment was reported.

* A 31-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
