Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Kimberly J. Heuring of 6122 Lakeview Drive, No. 86, Indianapolis, Ind., was arrested Thursday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to register a motor vehicle.

Arrests Brigitte A. Wilson, 40, of 1105 Linden, No. 606, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to pay a fine.

Tony A. Preston Sr., 36, of 507 Clay St., Kirkwood, Mo., was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Summons

Della M. Johnson, 37, of 510 N. Fountain, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Thursday for property damage.

Thefts

A Siberian husky dog was reported stolen Thursday from 601 North St.

A child custody dispute was reported Wednesday at the 200 block of Hillside Drive.

A violation of a court order was reported Wednesday at the 200 block of Hillside Drive.

A violation of a court order was reported Thursday at the 900 block of Greensferry Road.

Theft was reported Thursday at City Park.

An ex parte order was served Thursday in the 1300 block of Annette Lane.
