  • A subject is in custody pending formal charges on suspicion of driving while license was suspended and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • A subject is in custody pending formal charges on suspicion of stealing mail.
  • A subject is in custody pending formal charges on suspicion of driving without a license and fleeing lawful detention.
  • Jonathan D. Quebedeaux, 24, of 2844 Lear Drive, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation out of Texas.
  • William C. Walley, 34, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
  • Matthew S. Schweiss, 23, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
  • Brian K. Mallory, 28, of 737 Themis St., No. 2, was arrested on a warrant for passing bad checks.

DWIs

  • A subject is in custody pending formal charges for suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol.
  • Christopher L. Hitch, of 447 N. Main St., Apt. A, was arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol.

Assault

  • An assault was reported.

Thefts

  • Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway, reported merchandise stolen.
  • Hucks, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of alcohol.
  • A theft was reported at 2832 Lear Drive.
  • A theft was reported at 1024 W. Mount Drive.
  • Sally's Beauty Supply, 15 Siemers Drive, reported a robbery.
  • Rhodes 101, 2101 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A necklace, ring and bracelet were reported stolen from 330 Siemers Drive.
  • $100 cash was reported stolen from 802 Perry Ave.
  • Rhodes 101, 2101 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.

Property damage

  • A window was reported damaged at 1444 Independence St.
  • A windshield was reported broken at 750 N. Mount Auburn Road.
  • Property was reported damaged at 433 S. Sprigg St.

Miscellaneous

  • A disorderly house was reported at 1710 N. Sprigg St., No. 311.
