Arrests

* Kristen J. Seabaugh, 35, 1216 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for contempt of court for improper registration and no insurance and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for passing bad checks.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of expired license plate and no insurance.

* Michael S. Payne, 27, 909 Hackberry St., No. 211, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for peace disturbance.

* Stephen J. Naples II, 30, 430 N. Frederick St., was arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance.

Summons

* Jerry M. Marler, 41, 430 N. Frederick St., received a summons for peace disturbance.

Assaults

* An assault and harassment were reported.

* An assault was reported.

Thefts

* AM PM, 1101 William St., reported a robbery with cash stolen.

* Macy's, 3049 William St., reported a theft of jewelry and purses. Lisa A. Gray, 33, and Jake D. Sutton, 19, both of 247 W. Deerwood Drive, Jackson, were arrested in connection with the complaint.

* A 1986 Ford F-150 pickup truck was reported stolen at 40 S. Sprigg St.

* Carpenters District Council, 813 Enterprise Drive, reported a theft of a trailer, household goods, straps, lumber, locks and a battery charger.

* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported a theft of an SD card. Two boys, ages 13 and 15, were taken into custody in connection with the complaint.

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.

Miscellaneous

* Harassment was reported.

* Interference with custody was reported.

* Statutory sodomy was reported.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* Soila R. Reyna, 19, of Scott City was arrested on a Jackson warrant for show cause order.

Summons

* Johnathan L. Thompson, 26, 3158 County Road 222, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Miscellaneous

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 300 block of North Shawnee Boulevard.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
