The Cape Girardeau Police department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Christopher M. Johnston, 23, 45 S. West End Blvd., Apt. 213, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • A 13-year-old was cited into juvenile court for stealing and assault on law enforcement.
  • Kyle S. Capone, 18, 217 Alpine Drive, and Kevin M. Goodman, 18, of Jackson, were arrested on suspicion of stealing and burglary.
  • Laron L. Williams, 33, 513 S. Middle St., was arrested on a McCracken County, Ky., warrant for parole violation.
  • Michelle L. Tollett, 18, 1457 N. Main St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation and a Herculaneum, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.
  • John E. Jackson Jr., 19, 115 Fountain St., Apt. 212, was arrested on suspicion of fleeing lawful detention.
  • Kenneth D. Day, 46, 221 Independence St., Apt. A, was arrested on a Gladwin County, Mich., warrant for nonsupport.
  • Anthony D. Jackson, 22, Quincy L. Johnson, 39, Maceo Johnson, 53, and John A. Oliver, 25, all of Cairo, Ill., were arrested on suspicion of stealing.
