The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Bruce White, 63, of Portageville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and expired plates.

* Marvin W. Kriesmann, 74, of St. Charles, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Stephen G. Leavy, 51, 1810 New Madrid St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and violating a full order of protection.

* Marvin W. Kriesmann, 74, of St. Charles, Mo., received a summons for driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle accident at Edgewood Road and Route K.

Arrests

* Kirstin A. Huey, 25, 2617 Jan Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

* Troy A. Smith, 38, 711 N. Main St., was arrested on a Cole County warrant for failure to appear for passing bad checks and a Jefferson County warrant for failure to appear for exceeding maximum drive time.

* Reanna C. Williams, 20, of Carterville, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Aaron Davis Jr., 45, 7 Village Drive, No. 201, was arrested on suspicion of forgery, operating an unlicensed and uninsured vehicle and a seat belt violation, three Scott County warrants and a warrant from Alexander County, Ill.

* Aaron L. Wiggins, 27, 51 N. Hazel Drive, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Portia N. Lane, 34, 318 Mill St., and Toninette L. Lane, 24, 7 Village Drive, No. 301, were arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Edward G. Spalding, 22, 1619 Oak Hill Drive, was arrested on suspicion of leaving the scene of an accident.

Summonses

* Matthew R. Palmer, 18, 513 William St., received two summonses for property damage.

Thefts

* Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of a DVD. Arman D. Clark, 17, 1028 N. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* A 1993 Ford Mustang was reported stolen at 900 Themis St. The vehicle was later recovered.

* A necklace, money and a knife were reported stolen at 2709 Partridge Court. A 15-year-old girl was taken into custody in connection with the complaint.

* A wallet and money were reported stolen at 43 S. Lorimier St.

Property damage

* Two storm windows were reported broken at 921 N. Middle St. A 16-year-old boy was taken into custody in connection with the complaint.

* A glass sliding door was reported damaged at 3023 Aspen Drive, No. 9.

* Concord Printing, 500 William St., reported graffiti. Matthew R. Palmer, 18, 513 William St., was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* The city of Cape Girardeau reported graffiti at 1861 S. Spanish St. Matthew R. Palmer, 18, 513 William St., was arrested in connection with the complaint.

Miscellaneous

* A 39-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* An animal bite was reported at 1976 Eden Way.

* A 22-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* A 29-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

Jackson

Summonses

* Heather N. Bruce, 21, 119 S. Union Ave., received a summons for domestic assault.

* Jeanie M. Woods, 35, of Marble Hill, Mo., was issued a summons for driving without a valid license.

Theft

* A theft was reported in the 100 block of Tracy Street.

Miscellaneous

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 1200 block of Brandom Street.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the area of West Jackson Boulevard.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of East Lane.
