DWIs
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated.
* Bruce E. White, 63, of Portageville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Michael C. Dodson, 51, 1134 S. Kingshighway, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a suspended operator's license.
* Dawn A. Eubanks, 45, of Malden, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of two counts of use or inducement to use solvents.
* Kydia L. Lockridge, 22, 229 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of theft and a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of operating an unlicensed vehicle, operating an uninsured vehicle, no valid operator's license and no seat belt.
* A 13-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.
* Jordan T. Beeson, 19, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for littering and failure to appear for failure to keep a property free of litter.
* Dillen W. Collins, 17, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested by the New Madrid County Sheriff's Department on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for no seat belt and failure to appear for stealing.
* Aaron A. Davis, 45, 7 Village Drive, No. 201, was arrested on three Scott County warrants for failure to appear and an Alexander County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear for drug charges.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of unlawful possession of a concealable firearm.
* Subjects were in custody pending formal charges of stealing.
* Troy A. Smith, 38, 711 N. Main St., was arrested on a Cole County warrant for failure to appear for insufficient funds and a Jefferson County warrant for failure to appear for exceeding the maximum drive time.
* Aundra D. Wren, 24, 806 Themis St., Apt. 7, was arrested on a commitment warrant.
* A domestic assault was reported.

* Best Buy, 3026 William St., reported a theft of a cell phone, two camcorders, an Xbox 360 and two computers.
* A cell phone was reported stolen at 256 S. Benton St.
* A license plate was reported stolen at 1539 N. Main St.
* A burglary and theft of a Wii control box, PlayStation 2, speakers and assorted games were reported at 1340 Wayne St.
* A burglary and theft of jewelry were reported at 2451 Brookwood Drive.
* Cape Girardeau reported graffiti on buildings and a structure at Arena Park.
* Custom Designs, 505 Good Hope St., reported paint damage to a wood exterior.
* A 31-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
* A peace disturbance was reported.
* A 45-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
* A 25-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.

* Jacob A. Canoy, 18, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation and stealing.
* Terry J. Seabaugh, 32, of Oak Ridge was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Matthew A. Carty, 28, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Michael S. Kinder, 22, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of burglary, stealing and trespassing.
