Arrests
- Larry N. Bode, 74, of 103 N. Clark Ave., No. 103, was arrested in suspicion of burglary and stealing.
- Adrian C. Johnson, 18, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
- Roy L. Jones, 29, of 834 N. Spanish St. was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for two counts of failure to pay fine for leaving the scene of an accident.
Thefts
- Plaza Auto Sales, 60 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of a dealer tag.
- A purse was reported stolen at 615 Bellevue St.
- A catalytic converter was reported stolen at 2008 N. Kingshighway.
- K's Merchandise, 371 S. Broadview St., reported the theft of a shopping cart.
Summonses
- Willis L. Williams, 37, of Perryville, Mo., received a summons for indecent exposure.
- Bruce K. Huffman, 46, of Advance, Mo., received a summons for failure to maintain property free of litter.
Miscellaneous
- Two cell phones, a Game Boy, watch, knife and keys were reported found at 40 South Sprigg Str.
- Harassing telephone calls were reported.
- A 12-year-old boy and a 13-year-old boy were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing.
- A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control.
- A wallet was reported lost at 371 S. Broadview St.

- Rickey C. Mosley, Sr., 50, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to obey judge's orders for nonsupport.
- Sean M. Daugherty, 27, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for no seat belt.
- Kevin Biggers, 24, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance.
DWI
- Christopher A. Hill, 39, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to stop for a stop sign.
