Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

• Michelle R. Crosnoe, 33, 1616 David St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a single lane.
• Matthew E. Heard, 23, 545 S. Spring Ave., Apt. D, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Arrests

• Anthony M. Brown, 24, 535 S. Benton St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for not wearing a seat belt and having no operator's license.
• Two juveniles were cited into juvenile court for stealing.
• A juvenile was cited into juvenile court for stealing.
• Michael B. Wilke, 27, 1508 N. Spanish St., was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest and assault on a law enforcement officer.
• Lillie A. Dry, 41, 1400 S. West End Blvd., Lot 73, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
• Jayon L. Jones, 25, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Summons

• Travis L. Roth, 17, 2525 Route FF, was issued a summons for exhibition driving.

Thefts

• Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported the theft of alcohol.
• A cell phone was reported stolen.
• A burglary was reported.
• A wallet was reported stolen.
• Fabulous Hair Studio, 19 N. Spanish St., reported hair care products stolen.
• Money was reported stolen at 1448 N. Kingshighway.
• A wallet was reported stolen.
• A 2009 Pontiac G6 was reported stolen.

Miscellaneous

• A 23-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
• A 32-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

n Timothy J. Doubledee, 41, of Altenburg, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a single lane.

Arrest

• Crystal L. Dobbs, 31, 1915 Grandview Drive, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.

Summons

• Carrie A. Smith, 18, 2080 Old Toll Road, No. 106, Jackson, was issued a summons for driving while suspended.

Theft

• Theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Property damage

• Property was reported damaged in the 1300 block of Primrose Lane.

• Fraud was reported in the 400 block of West Independence Street.
• A domestic disturbance was reported in the 400 block of West Adams Street.
• A domestic disturbance was reported in the 1400 block of Old Cape Road.
