  • Michelle R. Crosnoe, 33, 1616 David St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a single lane.
  • Matthew E. Heard, 23, 545 S. Spring Ave., Apt. D, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Arrests

  • Anthony M. Brown, 24, 535 S. Benton St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for not wearing a seat belt and having no operator's license.
  • Two juveniles were cited into juvenile court for stealing.
  • A juvenile was cited into juvenile court for stealing.
  • Michael B. Wilke, 27, 1508 N. Spanish St., was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest and assault on a law enforcement officer.
  • Lillie A. Dry, 41, 1400 S. West End Blvd., Lot 73, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
  • Jayon L. Jones, 25, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Summons
