The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI Jody Omohundro, 37, of 1737 Themis, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Saturday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests Aaron Niswonger of 329 N. Fountain, Apt. 3, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on a warrant for failure to appear.
Kenyatta Lane, 29, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested Saturday on a warrant for failure to pay fines.
Erica Lemons, 19, of Kennett, Mo., was arrested Saturday on a warrant for failure to appear.
Jennifer Relli, 18, of 117 N. Shawnee, Jackson, was arrested Saturday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
Marlon Turner, 27, of 518 S. Ellis, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
Summons
Harold Sanders, 17, of Sikeston, Mo., received a summons Saturday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
Assaults
An assault was reported Friday at Bloomfield and Siemers.
Thefts
Clothing was reported stolen Friday by Famous Barr at 100 West Park Mall. A suspect was placed in custody pending the filing of formal charges for stealing.
Stealing was reported Friday at 1211 S. Ellis.
A car was reported stolen Friday at 305 N. Frederick.
A stolen vehicle was recovered Friday at 40 S. Sprigg.
Cigars were reported stolen Friday at Rhodes 101 at 449 S. Kingshighway.
Gasoline was reported stolen Friday by Amoco D-Mart at 3276 William.Property Damage
A window was reported broken Friday at 635 S. Sprigg.
Windows were reported broken Saturday by Meyer's Supply at 614 Good Hope.
A window was reported broken Saturday by Cauble and Field at 421 S. Middle.
A front door was reported damaged Saturday at 2804 Themis.
Miscellaneous Forgery was reported Friday at 19 S. Kingshighway.
A 26-year-old male was placed in protective custody Saturday.
A passport was found Saturday at the Cape Girardeau Regional Airport.
