The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Albert H. Bartlett III, 29, of St. Louis was arrested Friday on a St. Louis County warrant for driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

Robert D. Weissinger, 25, of 603 Mechaw, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for no proof of insurance, failure to display an operator's license, failure to signal, improper registration and no seat belt.

Cory D. Tate, 24, of 1335 Riverside Drive, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of driving while revoked, speeding and no proof of insurance.

Anthony M. Parker, 23, of Catron, Mo., was arrested Friday on a Marston warrant for aiding a prisoner escape.

Albert H. Bartlett III, 29, of St. Louis was arrested Friday on St. Louis County warrants for failure to show proof of financial responsibility and failing to drive in a single lane.

Jessie Hicks, 21, of 515 Cape Meadows Circle, Apt. 21, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Thefts

Gasoline was reported stolen Thursday by Shell D-Mart at 3415 William.

CDs, shirts, flags, a photo book and cash were reported stolen Friday from 2747 Adeline.

A vehicle was reported damaged Thursday at 519 Good Hope.

Miscellaneous A silver 1999 Oldsmobile Alero was towed Friday from Kage and Mount Auburn.

Arrests A 15-year-old juvenile was taken into custody Thursday for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Summonses Miriam R. Mouser of Gordonville received a summons Thursday for a stop sign violation.

Nancy J. Myers of Jackson received a summons Thursday for an improperly registered vehicle.

Mary E. Emmendorfer of Jackson received a summons Thursday for a stop sign violation.

Bobby J. Thorne of Oak Ridge, Mo., was issued a summons Thursday for a stop sign violation.

Miscellaneous An intoxicated male was placed in protective custody Thursday for causing a disturbance on North High Street.

An ex parte violation was reported Thursday on West Main Street.

A complaint was reported Thursday of traffic problems at Orchard and West Lane.

An ex parte violation was reported Thursday on East Jackson Boulevard.

An abandoned vehicle was reported Thursday on Edgewood.
