The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Albert H. Bartlett III, 29, of St. Louis was arrested Friday on a St. Louis County warrant for driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

Robert D. Weissinger, 25, of 603 Mechaw, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for no proof of insurance, failure to display an operator's license, failure to signal, improper registration and no seat belt.

Cory D. Tate, 24, of 1335 Riverside Drive, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of driving while revoked, speeding and no proof of insurance.

Anthony M. Parker, 23, of Catron, Mo., was arrested Friday on a Marston warrant for aiding a prisoner escape.

Albert H. Bartlett III, 29, of St. Louis was arrested Friday on St. Louis County warrants for failure to show proof of financial responsibility and failing to drive in a single lane.

Jessie Hicks, 21, of 515 Cape Meadows Circle, Apt. 21, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Thefts

Gasoline was reported stolen Thursday by Shell D-Mart at 3415 William.
