Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Jerry L. Warren, 46, 1241 Brenda Kay Court, was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated, red light violation and no proof of insurance.

Arrests

* Tyler S. Gatzemeyer, 22, of Millersville was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Veronica L. Cruz, 21, of Carbondale, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Ebony A. Bradley, 25, of Carbondale, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Dennie L. Bratcher, 27, 606 S. Silver Springs Road, No. 19, was arrested on suspicion of burglary and manufacturing of methamphetamine.

* Two subjects were arrested pending formal charges for domestic assault.

* A subject was arrested pending filing of formal charges for domestic assault and possession of marijuana.

* Roctavious Agnew, 24, of Memphis, Tenn., was arrested on suspicion of forgery.

* Shain M. White, 23, 219 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked.

* Stephanie Tosheka Gary, 38, 45 S. West End Blvd., Apt. 406, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear.

* Kevin Eugene Hunt, 41, 1136 N. Middle St., was arrested on a warrant for parole violation.

* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges for property damage.

* Adam D. Swantner, 19, of St. Peters, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure and unlawful use of a driver's license.

* Byron Deshawn Gardner, 21, 110 N. Park Ave., Apt. 1, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau city warrant for failure to appear.

* Trent Deshaun Williams, 20, 140 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

Summonses

* Carla J. Gordon, 56, 523 S. Benton St., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of litter.

* Vanessa Lin Jackson, 33, 720 S. Pacific St., was issued a summons for a leash-law violation.

* Eric C. Womak, 211 N. Park Ave., was issued a summons for disorderly house.

Thefts

* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported a theft of DVDs. Michelle D. Medlock, 28, 626 Red Bud Circle, was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported a theft of a comforter set.

* Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of clothing. Catrina L. Macklin, 31, 612 Sycamore Circle, No. 4, was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway, reported thefts of miscellaneous items. Johnny W. Cureton, 61, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* Theft of a pit bull was reported at 805 S. Sprigg St.

* J.C. Penney, 3049 William St., reported a theft of assorted merchandise. Shara R. Courtaway, 29, 2834 Whitener St., No. 1, and Morris E. Boyd, 24, 1008 Maple St., were arrested in connection with the complaint.

* Lids, 3049 William St., reported a theft of hats.

* A cell phone was reported stolen at 1315 Themis St., Apt. 3.

* A theft of money was reported at 1105 Linden St.

* Walgreen's, 1 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of numerous items. A subject was arrested pending filing of formal charges in connection with the complaint.

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.

* Keg Shop, 1803 Independence St., reported a theft of gasoline.

* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported a theft of clothing and candy. Levi Russell Horman, 17, 417 S. Ellis St., was arrested and a 15-year-old girl was taken in custody in connection with the complaint.

* An iPhone was reported stolen at 205 Caruthers Ave.

* Dennys, 161 West Drive, reported a theft.

* A Toshiba television was reported stolen at 210 S. Hanover St.

* Fraudulent use of a credit card was reported at 3093 William St.

* Identity theft was reported.

* Jewelry, a purse and a sewing kit were reported stolen at Pastimes, 45 N. Main St. Three girls ages 12 and 13 were arrested in connection with the complaint.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported at 930 William St. Two PlayStation 3 game consoles were reported stolen during the break-in.

* Burglary was reported.

Property damage

* The quarter panel of a vehicle was reported damaged at 2571 Lisa Drive, Apt. A.

* A scratch on the hood of a vehicle was reported at Broadway and Houck Place.

* A vehicle's tires were reported cut at 921 Hackberry St.

* A vehicle door lock was reported tampered with at 2400 Veterans Memorial Drive.

Miscellaneous

* Rent-A-Center, 2136 William St., reported failure to return an Xbox 360.

* Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway, reported counterfeiting.

* A 21-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges for driving while revoked.
