Arrests

  • A subject is in custody pending charges for fraudulently attempting to obtain a controlled substance.
  • A 14-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for assault.
  • Ashley N. McGuin, 18, 424 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
  • Two girls, ages 14 and 15, were cited into juvenile court for peace disturbance.

Summonses

  • Josie L. Bishop, 30, of Jackson and Nichole D. Cannon-Hempstead, 28, 623 Jefferson Ave., were issued summonses for peace disturbance.

Burglary

  • Montgomery Mobile Homes, 602 S. Kingshighway, reported a burglary.
  • A burglary was reported in the 2500 block of Tulip Lane.

Assaults

  • Two assaults were reported.
