The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Elaine M. Dickey, 22, of Blue Springs, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a single lane.

Arrests

* Lisa J. Arnold, 26, 2615 S. Spring Ave., Apt. 3. was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges of burglary and manufacturing methamphetamine.

* Dennie L. Bratcher, 27, 606 S. Silver Springs Road, Lot 19, was arrested on a Ste. Genevieve County warrant for failure to appear for speeding.

Summonses

* Teresa H. Connell, 43, 1009 Emily Court, received a summons for not having an animal city license, maintaining a nuisance and cruelty to animals.

* Cindy P. Schaffer, 36, 1527 Vickie St., received a summons for not having an animal leash.

* Rachael C. Abraham, 46, 1428 Jefferson Ave., received a summons for failing to maintain property free of brush piles.

Thefts

* A GPS unit was reported stolen and a driver's door damaged at 3253 William St.

* Casey's General Stores and an individual victim reported a theft of household goods, clothing, license plates and gift cards and property damage to a vehicle door at 3303 Campster Drive.

* A GPS unit, radar detector and CB radio were reported stolen at 901 S. Ellis St.

* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported a theft of clothing, a computer, computer software, a television, cell phone accessories, cables, an Xbox 360, a DVD player, cologne and playing cards. Two subjects were in custody pending formal charges in connection with the complaint.

* A cell phone was reported stolen at 335 N. Kingshighway.

* Southeast Missouri Hospital, 1701 Lacey St., reported a theft of medical supplies. A subject was in custody pending formal charges for stealing and possession of a controlled substance in connection with the complaint.

Burglary

* A burglary and theft of a stereo, amplifiers and motor were reported at 1923 N. Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous

* Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items.

Theft

* A theft was reported in the 1300 block of East Main Street.

Miscellaneous

* Trespassing was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.

* Harassment was reported in the 1200 block of Oak Street.

* Harassment was reported in the 100 block of Tracy Street.

* Fraud was reported in the 500 block of South Hope Street.

* A court order violation was reported in the 2700 block of Ridgeway Drive.

* A disturbance was reported in the 900 block of Aspen Drive.
