Police report 12/10/06

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items Saturday. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• A subject was in custody on suspicion of property damage reported at 130 S. Henderson Ave.
• Three suspects were in custody pending filing of formal charges for stealing.
• A suspect was in custody pending filing of formal charges for peace disturbance.

Summons

• Patrick Buck, 36, 1108 S. Sprigg St., was issued a summons for noise violation and obstructing traffic at 955 Fort St.

Thefts

• Stealing was reported at 617 Boxwood Drive.
• Attempted robbery was reported in the Kmart parking lot, 11 S. Kingshighway.
• Gasoline was reported stolen at Bi-State Southern, 920 N. Kingshighway.
• Gasoline was reported stolen at Jasper's, 407 Morgan Oak St.
• Gasoline was reported stolen at Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St.
• Stealing was reported at 3439 William St.
• Gasoline was reported stolen at Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St.
• Gasoline was reported stolen at Kidd's, 1325 Broadway.
• Stealing was reported at 231 S. Ellis St.
• Stealing and property damage was reported at Relax Inn, 200 Morgan Oak St.
• Identity theft was reported at 1826 Perryville Road.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported at Bud Shell Ford, 411 Siemers Drive.

Miscellaneous

• A subject was taken into protective custody at 607 Locust St.
• Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported at 1105 Linden St.
• Trespassing was reported at 245 N. Ellis St.
• Open burning was reported at 225 Marlin Drive.
