Arrests

  • A suspect is in custody pending formal charges of burglary, stealing, tampering with an airplane and property damage.
  • A suspect is in custody pending formal charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
  • A custody is in custody pending formal charges of property damage at 45 N. Main St.
  • A juvenile was arrested on a curfew violation.

Summonses

  • Paul S. Simpson, 24, 637 S. Henderson Ave., received a summons for trespassing.
  • Trae C. Bell, 23, 303 W. Washington St., Apt. A, Jackson, received a summons for assault.
  • Clarence J. Biggerstaff, 30, 1340 Wayne St., received a summons for assault.
  • Brian E. Hill, 33, 1017 Harmony St., received a summons for driving while intoxicated and no headlights at night.
  • Jeremy D. Bigham, 19, of Thebes, Ill., received a summons for driving while intoxicated and speeding.

Assault

  • An assault was reported.

Thefts

  • A suspect is in custody pending formal charges on suspicion of stealing clothes at 1400 S. West End Blvd.
  • A juvenile was arrested on suspicion of stealing jewelry from Sears Grand, 330 Siemers Drive.
  • Tractor Supply Co., 501 S. Kingshighway, reported shoes stolen.
  • Electronic items were reported stolen at 401 Washington St.
  • Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported the theft of gasoline.
  • Rhodes 101, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported the theft of gasoline.
