Timothy Howard Carter, 41, 320 Boutin Drive, Apt. 134, was arrested on suspicion of being a parole absconder.

Robert D. Shields, 23, 2261 Luxmore St., St. Louis, was arrested on a city warrant for failure to appear for false declaration.

Chevalia N. Nunley, 25, 536 S. Pacific St., was arrested on city warrants for being a parole absconder and failure to return to confinement.

Thefts

A Missouri driver's license was reported stolen at 1420 N. Mount Auburn Road.

Telephone service was reported stolen at 6 Village Drive, Apt. 6.

Gasoline was reported stolen at Rhodes 101, 1610 N. Kingshighway.

A computer was reported stolen from 909 Normal St.

Burglary

Cape United Auto, 1105 Independence St., reported a burglary.

Christmas lights were reported damaged at 3814 Valley View Lane.

Miscellaneous

Forgery was reported at 325 N. Kingshighway.

A green 1997 Plymouth Neon was reported abandoned in the city.

Jackson

Burglaries

A report of a burglary was made in the 1400 block of Belair Drive.

A report of burglary was made in the 2100 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
