The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrest do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Marvin Damon Pillow, 19, of Gordonville was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute.

* Ruby L. Adams, 36, 910 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Miner, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for no driver's license.

* Eric S. Amyx, 23, 1012 N. Frederick St., was arrested on a warrant for a probation violation.

* Two 16-year-olds were taken into custody for a peace disturbance.

* Shametra L. Twiggs, 28, 317 Merriwether St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for failure to maintain a property free of litter and for failure to appear for speeding.

Summonses

* Erin M. Bragg, 27, 1034 Broadway, received a summons for harassment.

* Aaron R. Clark, 50, 1708 Brink St., received a summons for a leash-law violation.

Assault

* A domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 732 N. Sunset Blvd.

* A vehicle was reported stolen at 101 S. Louisiana Ave.

* Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway, reported two cell phones stolen.

* BiState Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

* A digital camera, a camcorder, camcorder cassettes, jewelry and keys were reported stolen at 1600 Whitener St.

* A purse was reported stolen at 1812 Cape LaCroix Road.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported at 30 S. Park Ave.

* Glass on an RV was reported damaged at 1600 Bloomfield St.

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 1935 Lynwood Hills Drive, where a purse was also reported stolen.

Miscellaneous

* An animal bite was reported.

* A 61-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
