Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Kirvy Holloway, 27, of 2021 Woodlawn Ave., was arrested on a Ste. Genevieve County warrant for failure to appear for speeding.
• Gregory G. Jones, 26, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

Summonses

• John L. Cook, 57, 1520 Sylvan Lane, was issued a summons for a leash-law violation.
• Andrea N. Smith, 2838 Whitener St., was issued a summons on suspicion of stealing.

Assault

• An assault and stealing were reported.

Theft

• Cotner Electric, 3276 William St., reported a cell phone stolen.

Burglary

• An attempted burglary was reported at 1922 Sherwood Drive.

Property damage

• A vehicle door was reported damaged at 1912 Ritter Drive.

Miscellaneous

• A forgery was reported.
• An ex parte violation was reported.
• Stalking was reported.
