The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWIs Robert James Courtney, 28, Rt. 1 Box 1, Thebes, Ill., was issued a summons Friday for suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked and failure to drive in a single lane.
A suspect was taken into custody pending formal charges Saturday for suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Arrests
John A. Myers, 26, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested Thursday on a Bollinger County warrant for probation violation and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for parole violation.
Clint L. Gray, 27, of 304 Grandview Ave., Union, Mo., was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
Albert Joseph Suitt II, 19, 444 Marie, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
Michael Wayne Davis, 35, of 402 Emma, Scott City, was arrested Saturday on a Scott City warrant for parole violation.Summonses
Matias Teruel, 22, 2835 Whitener, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Friday on suspicion of assault.
Albert Joseph Suitt II, 19, 444 Marie, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Friday on suspicion of false declaration.
Brandy Lynn Wilson, 24, was issued a summons Friday for suspicion of stealing liquor and cigarettes from Schnuck's, 19 S. Kingshighway.
Thefts
A purse was reported stolen Friday at 210 S. Silver Springs.
A checkbook and vehicle title were reported stolen Friday at the 400 block of South Park.
Gasoline was reported stolen Friday from Bi-State Gasoline, 400 Morgan Oak.
A wallet was reported stolen Friday from 215 Notre Dame Drive.
Medication was reported stolen Friday from 913 Ranney.
A purse and its contents were reported stolen Thursday at 1105 Linden.
Brent House Apartments at 716 N. Sprigg reported the following items stolen Friday: vacuum cleaners, folding chairs, assorted drills and miscellaneous items.
Money was reported stolen Friday by Denny's at 161 West.
