The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI Cartez D. King, 29, of 1265 Kingsway was arrested Friday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests Steven C. Pierce Sr., 40, of Elizabeth City, N.C., was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
James A. Furr, 37, of 132 S. Legend, Jackson, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Scott E. Smith, 31, of 603 Timon Way was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine, manufacturing a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Barton W. Pruitt, 33, of 611 Lafayette Place was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Shane A. Hill, 30, of Arnold, Mo., was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant of failure to appear.
Aric L. Thatch, 32, of Parma, Mo., on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
Phillip D. Steinc, 27, of 821 William, Apt. 6, was arrested Thursday on a Washington County warrant for failure to appear and a Doniphan, Mo., warrant for probation violation.
Benjamin C. Williams, 24, of St. Louis was arrested Thursday on suspicion of driving while revoked and speeding.
A 22-year-old male was placed in protective custody Thursday.
Chysteen H. Enlow, 19, of 301 Minnesota was arrested Friday on a warrant.
Christopher S. Scott, 21, of 416 S. Benton was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to pay a fine.
Assaults A domestic assault was reported Thursday. A subject was released from custody pending the filing of formal charges.

Thefts A firearm was reported stolen Wednesday at 2124 Merriwether.
Speakers, a speaker box, amplifiers, a CD player and an equalizer were reported stolen Thursday at 303 Morgan Oak.
Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported Thursday at 2001 William.
Clothing was reported stolen Thursday by Famous Barr at 100 West Park Mall. A subject was placed in custody pending the filing of formal charges for stealing.
A concrete yard decoration was reported stolen Friday at 1938 Westwood.
Nintendo games were reported stolen Friday at Williams and Plaza Way.
Property Damage
A vehicle window was reported broken Friday at 1111 N. West End Boulevard.
A vehicle window was reported broken Friday at the 1700 block of Westwood.
Miscellaneous
A dog bite was reported Thursday at 957 E. Rodney.
An accidental injury was reported Thursday at Independence and Broadview.
Forgery was reported Friday by R&S Auto Sales at 1287 Independence.
