Arrests

  • A subject was in custody pending formal charges of arson/burglary.
  • A subject was in custody pending formal charges of resisting arrest, driving with a revoked license, failure to stop and stop sign violation.
  • Lattie Andrew Clark, 48, 542 Asher St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for revoked operator's license.
  • Stephanie Luise Williams, 22, 237 Thrush St., Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for speeding, seat belt violations and failure to appear for seat belt charge.

Assaults

  • A 13-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for assault.
  • An 11-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for assault.
  • A domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

  • A theft was reported.
  • Rhodes 101, 1126 S. Sprigg St., reported theft of gasoline.

Burglary

  • A television was reported stolen from 914 S. Sprigg St.
  • A burglary was reported at 818 S. Sprigg St.
  • A laptop computer, an MP3 player and medication were reported stolen at 1418 N. West End Blvd.
  • A wallet was reported stolen from 127 Water St.

Property damage

  • At Your Service Inc., 1157 S. West End Blvd., reported cracked and broken outdoor portable toilets.
  • Pike Lodge, 2815 S. Sprigg St., reported damage to a large door sign.

Miscellaneous

  • A false declaration/no operator's license was reported.
  • Amplifiers and a stereo box with subwoofers were found at 513 S. Frederick St.
  • An ex parte violation was reported.

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • David E. Sanders, 42, of Whitewater was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for charge of resisting arrest and failure to appear for charge of possession of controlled substance.
  • Terry S. Pruitt, 31, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving without a valid license and possession of 35 grams or less of marijuana.
  • Torey L. Green, 30, of St. Louis was arrested on an Alexander County warrant for driving while revoked and reckless driving.
  • Charles W. Hoss, 27, of Eolia, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.
  • David L. McClanahan, 45, of Marquand, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
  • Cynthia L. Koerner, 25, of Jackson was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for speeding, attempted burglary and driving while revoked.
  • Steven P. Koerner, 24, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving without a valid license.
  • Jessica L. Chaney, 20, of Jackson was arrested on a Scott County warrant for probation violation on the charge of tampering with a motor vehicle and violation of drug court.
  • Samuel Pollard, 46, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
  • Lee D. Klaproth, 22, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
  • Arthur L. Ivy, 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for sale of a controlled substance, second-degree trafficking and resisting arrest.
