  • George P. Brown, 47, 170 China Blue St., was arrested on suspcion of driving while intoxicated, failure to stay on right half of road, failure to use signal and driving while suspended.

  • Leonard McAdory Jr., 34, 623 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of sexual misconduct and trespassing.
  • Tammy E. Waller, 38, 337 N. Park Ave., Apt. 3C, was arrested on suspicion of a domestic assault.
  • Billy R. Humphrey Jr., 21, of Dexter, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for driving while suspended, seat-belt violation and careless and imprudent driving.
  • Benny Savage, 43, 545 S. Sprigg St., Apt. A, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
  • Clarance E. Geiger III, 19, 1126 S. Ellis St., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants, including one for contempt of court for a fireworks violation and two for contempt of court for assault.
  • Nicholas J. Proffitt, 30, 524 Louis St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Thefts

  • Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Jaspers, 407 Morgan Oak St., reported a robbery. A subject is in custody pending charges in connection with the incident.
  • A checkbook was reported stolen at 2109 William St.

Miscellaneous

  • A 22-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
