The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Robert F. Sumner Jr., 27, 1733 Luce St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for speeding.
* Marcellous Gross, 32, 1532 N. Main St., was arrested on suspicion of assault of peace disturbance.
* Gregory L. Nicholson, 39, 115 N. Fountain St., was issued a summons for prohibited acts, noise.
* Trenen T. Stoder, 17, 3912 Scenic Drive, was issued a summons for having a vehicle and animals in Twin Trees Park.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* A theft was reported at 3439 William St. Ashley N. Mackins, 26, 536 S. Pacific St., was issued a summons in connection with the complaint.
* A theft was reported at 3439 William St. A 38-year-old woman was placed in custody pending formal charges in connection with the complaint.
* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
* Interference with custody was reported at 533 N. Middle St.
The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Charles L. Snyder, 24, 819 Dorothy Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident, operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner, failure to show proof of insurance and property damage.
* Sheyanne J. Hency, 17, 419 E. Main St., Apt. 1, was issued a summons for failure to register a vehicle.
* Kenneth L. Rowley Jr., 41, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a vehicle and operating a vehicle without a valid license.
* Theft was reported in the 2900 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
* Theft was reported in the 1100 block of K Land Drive.
* Assault was reported in the area of South Shawnee Boulevard.
* Fraud was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
