Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Ryan M. Hepler, 20, 230 S. Forester Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, improper backing, careless and imprudent driving and failure to maintain a single lane.

Arrests

• Corey J. Overbey, 21, of Scott City, was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear.
• Derrick K. Sander, 35, 548 N. Middle St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
• Netfa E. Simmons, 19, 411 S. Frederick St., was arrested on suspicion of robbery.
• Emilio Garcia-Almaraz, 28, of 3019 Themis St., Apt. 1, was arrested on suspicion of forgery and immigration enforcement.
• Daniel C. Chatman, 18, 212 S. Lorimier St., Apt. 3, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.
• Dusten L. Slinkard, 17, 212 S. Lorimier St., Apt. 3, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.
• Kelli S. Bertram, 41, no address given, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation for assault.

Assault

• An assault was reported.

Thefts

• An electric drill was reported stolen at 921 Hackberry St.
• A cell phone was reported stolen at 205 Caruthers Ave.
• An iPhone was reported stolen at 3049 William St., No. 100.
• Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft.
• Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway, reported the theft of groceries.
• Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway, reported the theft of alcohol and medications. Thomas P. Klockenkemper, 42, 2824 Themis St., Apt. 6, was arrested on suspicion of stealing in connection with the complaint.
• WCS Machine Shop and Manufacturing, 805 Enterprise St., reported a theft.
• A BlackBerry phone and case were reported stolen at 3439 William St.
• Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported the theft of alcohol.
• Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway, reported the theft of alcohol.
• Save-a-Lot, 121 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of food. James P. Joyce, 43, 337 N. Park Ave., Apt. 317, received a summons in connection with the complaint.

Burglary

• Burglary and domestic assault were reported.

Property damage

• A window pane was reported damaged at 511 Bellevue St.

• A peace disturbance by fighting in public was reported at 3261 William St.
• A peace disturbance was reported at 3060 William St.
• A peace disturbance was reported at 1947 N. Kingshighway.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

• Robert L. Robinson, 38, 321 Green Meadows Drive, was arrested on suspicion of third- degree domestic assault.

Summons

• Brenda Hanners, 47, 2055 County Road 349, received a summons for a seat belt violation.

• A domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of Green Meadows Drive.
