The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Michael B. Huffstutler of Farmington, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses

* Ashley R. Locklear, 23, 714 Goodson Drive, Jackson, received a summons for prohibited acts, driving while revoked and no proof of insurance.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.

* A vehicle was reported stolen in the 2000 block of South Sprigg Street.

* Gates were reported stolen and chain-link was damaged at 1913 Perryville Road.

* A generator, an acetylene torch kit and other equipment were reported stolen at 760 S. Kingshighway.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.

* A cell phone was reported stolen at 603 Mechaw Drive.

* Rhodes 101, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported a theft of gasoline.
