Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Elbridge N. Robinson III, 19, 1770 Bertling St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a traffic violation.

* Aaron S. Laughlin, 27, 806 Themis St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Randy Gene Lewis, 28, 821 Locust St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation for driving without a license.

* Two 16-year-old boys were cited into juvenile court for truancy.

Summonses

* Timothy Charles Duffey, 46, 1800 William St., received a summons for a leash-law violation.

* Felicia Saxon, 36, 2142 Kenneth Drive, received a summons for a leash law violation and keeping dogs at large.

Thefts

* A wallet was reported stolen at 1120 N. Kingshighway.

* An electronic reading book was reported stolen at 1418 N. West End Blvd.

* BiState Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

* A TV was reported stolen at 59 N. Park Ave.

* Kidds, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.

Miscellaneous

* A 25-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* Robbery, property damage and armed criminal action was reported.
