Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Ricky W. Mirly, 22, 1214 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and careless and imprudent driving.

Arrests

• Jennifer R. Carter, 23, of Hayti, Mo., was arrested by the Butler County Sheriff's Department on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
• A subject was in custody pending formal charges for violating an ex parte order of protection and property damage.
• Bridget Frisby, 27, of Tamms, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for fraud.
• Tonny L. Buford, 34, of Osceola, Ark., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for obstructing a court order.

Assault

• Child abuse was reported.
• A domestic assault was reported.

Theft

• A handicap tag was reported stolen at Arena Park.
• U Kwik Stop, 1700 Broadway, reported a forgery.
• Cape Girardeau School District reported unlawful use of a credit device.
• Rhodes 101, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported a theft of gasoline.
• Elite Development, 2607 Prairie Lane, reported a theft of money.
• A theft of money was reported at 213 N. Sprigg St.
• Budget Inn, 1448 N. Kings-highway, reported a theft.
• Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kings-highway, reported a theft of gasoline.
• Saturn of Cape Girardeau, 374 Siemers Drive, reported the theft of a 2008 maroon Saturn Outlook sport utility vehicle.
• Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
• Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
• A cell phone was reported stolen at 905 Hickory St.
• A cell phone was reported stolen at 317 S. Middle St.

Property damage

• Premiere Antiques, 19 N. Main St., reported a broken window.

• A peace disturbance was reported at 925 Jefferson Ave.
