  • Ricky W. Mirly, 22, 1214 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and careless and imprudent driving.

Arrests

  • Jennifer R. Carter, 23, of Hayti, Mo., was arrested by the Butler County Sheriff's Department on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
  • A subject was in custody pending formal charges for violating an ex parte order of protection and property damage.
  • Bridget Frisby, 27, of Tamms, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for fraud.
  • Tonny L. Buford, 34, of Osceola, Ark., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for obstructing a court order.
