The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI David Charles Dodds, 54, of 3096 Valley Creek Road was arrested Friday for driving while intoxicated and a stop-sign violation.

Ryan Daniel Groves, 24, of 611 Koch was arrested Friday for driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident and two counts of striking legally parked vehicles.

Arrests David Lee Fernandez, 22, of 513 Themis, Apt. 3 was arrested Friday on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

Orlando Lenard Thomas, 30, of St. Louis was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court and failure to appear.

Alex Vernon Watkins, 21, of 517 North St. was arrested Saturday on warrants for contempt of court, failure to appear and resisting arrest.

Lawrence Daniel Gates, 25, of 622 Jefferson was arrested Saturday on a warrant for contempt of court and failure to appear.

Jesidiah Joseph Gotto, 25, was arrested Saturday on a warrant for failure to appear in court.

Burglary The American Legion door was damaged Saturday at 811 Broadway.

Summons Kyle Matthew Clark, 20, of Hillsboro, Mo., was issued a summons Friday for unlawful use of a license.

Micail Nicole Harris, 31, of 629 S. Benton was issued a summons Saturday for failure to maintain property.

Property Damage

Two tires were reported cut Friday at 701 Broadway.

A hot-tub cover was reported cut Friday at 2323 Earleen.

Theft

A license plate was reported stolen Friday at 1205 N. Spanish.

Gasoline was reported stolen Friday at Bi-State on 400 Morgan Oak.

U-Haul, 740 S. Kingshighway, recovered a stolen rental truck Saturday.

A license plate was reported stolen Saturday at Ford Groves, 1501 N. Kingshighway.

A bike was reported stolen Saturday at 2715 Themis.

Assault

An assault was reported Friday at 2327 Bloomfield.

Miscellaneous

A 5-year-old boy was bitten by a dog Saturday at 1317 Gina.
