n Lanna J. Kelley, 39, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of failure to maintain a single lane, driving while intoxicated and no proof of insurance.

Arrests

  • Jessica L. Pender, 27, 1114 West Mount Drive, was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant for failure to appear.
  • A 13-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for assault and peace disturbance.
  • Devin F. Dormeyer, 22, 2801 Hopper Road, was arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance and resisting arrest.
  • Natasha K. Wilfong, 19, 1230 W. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested on suspicion of probation violation.
  • Michael E. Cox, 25, Snake Hill Road, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
  • A 14-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for assault and resisting arrest.
  • A subject is in custody pending charges for domestic assault.

Summonses

  • Kevin T. Seibel, 22, of St. Charles, Mo., was issued a summons for indecent exposure.
  • Jonathan D. Woolery, 39, 635 Beavercreek Drive, was issued a summons for careless and imprudent driving.

  • Amerimart, 865 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A purse was reported stolen at 1925 Broadway.
  • A gray 2006 Pontiac G6 was reported stolen.

Property damage

  • Stevie's Steakburgers, 600 Broadway, reported a theft of a sign.
  • A door and electrical box were reported stolen at 615 N. Broadview St.
  • Graffiti on wall was reported at 2044 Broadway.
  • HealthPoint, 2126 Independence St., reported property damage to wall.
  • Spray paint on wall was reported at 809 N. Kingshighway.
  • A window was reported damaged at 719 W. Rodney Vista Blvd.
