Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Corriss R. Tabb, 50, 233 S. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of attempted stealing and trespassing.

* Jonathan D. Pierce, 32, homeless, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Domorlo M. McCaster, 22, 405 S. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of a possession of a controlled substance.

* Shenetra R. Battles, 26, 525 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault.

* Two subjects are in custody pending filing of formal charges for concealment of contraband.

* Stanford D. Stucker, 30, 620 Boxwood Drive, Apt. C, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for speeding and no license.

* Justin D. Laws, 30, 419 North Ave., was arrested on two Union County Ill., warrants for failure to appear for burglary and probation violation.

Summonses

* Georgia A. Daniel, 26, 651 S. Henderson Ave., was issued a summons for assault.

* Tonya R. Thompson, 36, 1301 Jefferson Ave., was issued a summons for placement of waste containers and private property free of litter.

Thefts

* A cell phone was reported stolen at 1408 N. Main St.

* A PlayStation, Game Cube and games were reported stolen at 1340 W. Cape Rock Drive.

* Money Time Check & Pawn, 2112 Broadway, reported a theft of an amplifier.

* Save-A-Lot, 121 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of groceries and household goods. Shenetra R. Battles, 26, 525 S. Ellis St., was arrested in connection with the incident.

* Jonathon D. Callier, 22, 921 William St., Apt. 2, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* A cell phone and currency were reported stolen.

* Kidd's, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of fuel.

* A 2003 black Chevrolet Cavalier was reported stolen at 408 Bellevue St.

Property damage

* A wooden fence was reported damaged at 1134 N. Sprigg St.

* A door was reported damaged at 1124 S. Ellis St.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in the 400 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* A theft was reported in the 1100 block of K Land Drive.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported in the 600 block of North Georgia Street.

Miscellaneous

* Forgery was reported in the 100 block of East Main Street.

* Fraud was reported in the 200 block of North Bast Street.

* An animal bite was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.
