The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests David C. Johnson, 24, of 514 Olive, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on suspicion of failure to drive on the right half of the road, fleeing lawful detention and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.

Ryan M. Hudson, 21, of 716 Second, Mounds, Ill., was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of being a military deserter and a failure to appear warrant for Ste. Genevieve County.

Thefts

Missouri license plates bearing 264-RYR were reported stolen Tuesday at 330 N. Lorimier.

Miscellaneous tools, oil and CDs were reported stolen Tuesdat 109 Mill.

A dog was reported stolen Tuesday at 1721 Cape Meadows.Property Damage

A window was reported broken Tuesday at 6 N. Pacific.

Windows were reported broken Wednesday at 419 Mill.
