Arrests

  • Andrew Lobdell, 28, of Springfield, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for suspended license.
  • Caleb B. Marshall, 17, of Scott City was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for a traffic violation.
  • A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing candy.
  • Richard D. Ozment Jr., 20, of Millersville was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
  • Christopher A. Shepard, 18, 603 Mechaw Drive, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing and assault.

Burglary

  • Amplifiers, cymbals, gig bag, drum pedal and drumsticks were stolen from 2819 Larkspur Lane.

Thefts

  • A bicycle was reported stolen from 1207 N. Main St.
  • A purse was stolen from a vehicle parked at 1820 Perryville Road.
  • Save-A-Lot, 121 S. Sprigg St, reported the theft of candy.

Property damage

  • Property damage was reported at 717 N. Sprigg St.

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

  • Nicholas R. Beck, 24, 173 S. Legend Drive, Lot 184, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Theft

  • A theft was reported in the 1900 block of Cedar Street.

Miscellaneous

  • A court order violation was reported in the 500 block of Cedar Street.
  • A peace disturbance was reported in the 400 block of West Adams Street.
