* Robert J. Blackmon, 58, 1514 Scott St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for obstructing a court order.

Theft

* Rhodes 101, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported a theft of gasoline.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported at 1210 S. Sprigg Street. Three televisions and jewelry were taken.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported at 423 S. Frederick St.

* Property damage was reported at 916 College Hill.

Miscellaneous

* Possession of child pornography was reported.

* Harrassment was reported at 1022 Jefferson St.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Charles L. Pinkston, 19, 3026 Wisteria Drive, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

* Gregory C. Horton, 23, 115 N. Fountain, Apt. 1A, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Assaults

* An assault was reported in the 100 block of South Farmington Road.

Theft

* A theft was reported in the 500 block of North Hope Street.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported in the 2300 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 800 block of North Farmington Road.
