- Kami Lynn, 29, of Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.
- Scott Edmonds, 37, of Glen Allen, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while driver's license suspended/revoked.
- Jeffrey Hallowell, 37, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of stealing motor vehicle and tampering with motor vehicle.
- William Jaquin, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while driver's license revoked/suspended and failure to maintain insurance.
- Gary Toppins, 51, of Jackson was arrested on a Jackson warrant, a Cape Girardeau County warrant and charged with possession of a controlled substance.

DWIs
- Jarrett Benton, 49, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
- Tina Ivey, 54, of Glen Allen, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and failure to drive in single lane.
- Brock Ragsdale, 38, of Nashville, Tennessee, was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, failure to display headlights and fail to register motor vehicle.
Thefts
- Theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard 10/16/2023
- Theft was reported in the 1900 block of Ripken Way.
- Theft was reported in the 100 block of West Main Street.

- Jerrie L. Prystalski, 52, of Oran, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
- Xavier D. Dockery, 23, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident and resisting arrest.
- Jesse J. Ochoa, 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked and stealing.
- Adam P. Kerr, 41, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of first-degree rape, first-degree sodomy, two counts of first-degree domestic assault, three counts of armed criminal action and two counts of second-degree domestic assault.
- Cody W. French, 36, of Perryville, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of first-degree trespassing.
