The following items were released Saturday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
William R. Denis, 21, 1156 George St., Chester, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
Stacy A. Reid, 30, of 10175 Chaunai St., St. Louis, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
Douglas E. Owens, 39, 649 S. Spring St., Apt. H, was arrested on a Warren County warrant for a traffic violation.
Subjects were taken into custody on suspicion of attempt to manufacture methamphetamine and possession of meth ingredients.
Ricky H. Foster, 38, 511 Louis St., Vanduser, Mo., was arrested on a Stoddard County warrants for probation violation, obstruction of a court order and failure to appear.
Two 16-year-old boys were taken into custody on suspicion of stealing at 3439 William St.
A 46-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
A subject was taken into cusdy pending charges of leaving the scene of an accident, driving while revoked and driving while intoxicated.
Summons
Michael J. Boyd, 20, 1000 Towers Circle, received a summons for a minor in possession of alcohol.
Assaults
An assault was reported at South West End Boulevard and Jefferson Street.
An assault was reported in the 110 block of South Ellis Street.
An assault was reported at 1211 S. Ellis St.
Thefts
Semo Laundry, 123 N. Pacific St., reported stealing and counterfeiting.
A cart was reported stolen from Lewis Family Bakers, 833 Broadway.
A bicycle was reported stolen from 909 Hackberry St.
A vehicle was reported stolen at 123 N. Main St.
Property damage
A bus door panel was reported damaged in the 100 block of South Sprigg Street by First Student Bus.
Miscellaneous
A microphone stand was found at Independence and Ellis streets.
Forgery was reported at 2136 William St., 155 West Park Mall, 1028 N. Sprigg St., 2123 Broadway and 3049 William St.
