The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Leana Conrad, 49, of 339 S. Lorimier was arrested Monday on suspicion of property damage.

Adam W. Taylor, 19, of 515 Rolling Hills was arrested Monday on suspicion of sexual misconduct.

Dina M. Hill, 29, of 914 Old Cape Road, Jackson, was arrested Monday on suspicion of fraudulently attempting to obtain a controlled substance.

Frank V. Klueppel Jr., 70, of 3214 Chateau was arrested on a Chaffee, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.

Timothy L. Borel, 36, of 105 N. Clark, Apt. 106 was arrested Tuesday on a Dallas County warrant for larceny.

Summonses James A. Brown of 213 N. Clark received a summons Monday for failure to yield.

Brian K. Albright, 32, of 3020 Boutin Drive, Lot 56 received a summons Monday for failure to pay a sewer charge.

Steven A. Ranken, 22, of 1030 Broadway, Apt. D received a summons Monday for peace disturbance.

Johnny Steen, 38, of 1041 Anna, Jackson, received a summons Monday for driving while revoked.

Thefts A paint sprayer, two compressors, a bicycle and a vacuum were reported stolen Monday at 2121 Bessie.

A black 2002 Hyundai Accent was reported stolen Monday at 1732 N. Kingshighway.

A lock box was reported stolen Monday by Remax Realty One.

A cell phone was reported stolen from a residence hall on Monday to the Department of Public Safety at Southeast Missouri State University.
