Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• James B. Hafele, 38, 3003 Themis St., Apt. 4, was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
• Sola Depree, 46, 1019 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of receiving stolen property.
• Steven G. Vitale, 58, 115 N. Fountain St., Apt. B, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for phone harassment.
• Jerry L. Curry, 43, 812 Good Hope St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
• Nichole L Martin, 20, 45 S. West End Blvd., Apt. 207, was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.
• Merle J. Nipper, 34, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for improper registration and no seat belt.
• Sharon R. Ross, 20, 128 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of burglary.
• Michelle E. Williams, 25, of St. Charles, Mo., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for stop sign violation, improper registration and failure to appear for false declaration.
• Two boys, ages 13 and 15, were cited into juvenile court for disturbing the peace.
• A 12-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for theft.
• A 9-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for possession of a controlled substance.
• Cortez Jones, 20, 401 S. Park Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
• Jory D. Rapps, 19, 1520 Good Hope St., was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure.

Thefts

• Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of alcohol.
• A purse was reported stolen at 4210 Route K.
• A cell phone, cash and checkbook were reported stolen at 4210 Route K.

• The Cape Girardeau Coundy Public Health Center, 1121 Linden St, reported a theft of a Honda generator.
• Cash was reported stolen at 1427 William St.
• A purse was reported stolen at 254 S. Silver Springs Road.
• An air conditioner and heat pump were reported stolen at 212 S. Lorimier St.
• Food Giant, 1120 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of money.
• The Missouri Conservation Department, 2289 County Park Drive, reported a theft of a 2003 Dodge van and gas card.
• A dog was reported stolen at 905 S. Sprigg St.
• Money was reported stolen at William and Lorimier streets.
• CDs were reported stolen at 2852 Independence St.

• Vehicle damage was reported at 905 S. Sprigg St.
• Property damage was reported at 336 N. Sprigg St.
