The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Charles E. Depauw, 26, 608 Ridge, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Terrell M. Taylor, 18, Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drugs with intent to distribute, stealing and unlawful use of a weapon.
* Ronald S. Cochran, 38, 801 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant for probation violation.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of receiving stolen property.
* James D. Noland, 1101 Bloomfield St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for littering.
* Andrew D. Allen, 24, 1317 Monticello Lane, received a summons for indecent exposure.
* A burglary was reported at Forest Avenue and Woodlawn Avenue. Dominique D. Maxwell, 17, 2819 Whitener St., was arrested on suspicion of burglary, stealing, resisting arrest and unlawful use of a weapon in connection with the complaint.
Theft
* DVDs were reported stolen at 338 E. Cape Rock Drive.
* Macy's, 100 West Park Mall, reported a theft of clothing. Three subjects were in custody pending formal charges in connection with the complaint.
* J.C. Penney, 3049 William St., reported a theft of clothing. Three subjects were in custody pending formal charges in connection with the complaint.
* An iPod and a wallet were reported stolen on North West End Boulevard.
* The driver's-side window of a vehicle was reported damaged at 320 N. Pacific St.
* Harassment was reported.
* Interference with custody was reported.
* Possession of controlled substances with intent to manufacture and possession of marijuana was reported.
* A peace disturbance was reported.
