Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Tina M. Heissner, 37, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Crystal L. Orr, 30, of West Plains, Mo., was arrested on a Wright County warrant for health safety.

* Jessica M. Tygett, 20, 1528 New Madrid St., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for contempt of court for probation violation.

Assault

* An assault was reported.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported a theft of fuel.

* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported a theft of electronic goods. Two subjects were arrested in connection with the incident.

* Rhodes, 2109 William St., reported a theft of fuel.

* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported a theft of a Bluetooth headset. Aa subject was arrested pending charges in connection with the incident.

Burglaries

* A burglary was reported at 219 N. Middle St. A television, clothing, video game systems, antiques and lots of miscellaneous items were reported stolen.

* A burglary was reported at 2000 Woodlawn Ave.

* A burglary was reported at 121 Green Acres. An iPod, adapter and radar detector were reported stolen.

Miscellaneous

* A 21-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in the 3600 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* A theft was reported in the 200 block of North West Lane.
